Shipping is ultimately paid for by West Coast Custom Designs, LLC, and when a parcel is delivered, the contract with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, Etc.) is fulfilled. Tracking information for shipments is automatically provided to the email given by a customer during account creation or at checkout. This Tracking information is provided so that customers can view it and monitor their shipment at their leisure. We strongly suggest dutifully following this tracking to ensure the final delivery of your package by the carrier. The automated system is nearly without fault, but is not perfect. If you have not received your Tracking Confirmation via email within a day or two, please contact us and ask to be provided with your tracking number. West Coast Custom Designs, LLC is not responsible for emails marked as SPAM/JUNK, nor the final arrival of the Tracking Confirmation email. West Coast Custom Designs, LLC ships orders, mostly within 1-2 business days of an order being placed, Monday through Friday - not including holidays.

"Thanks for visiting our Website!  We purposely do not have a shopping cart on our website simply because most of our items are technical in nature and require special attention during ordering. In addition, all of our orders are thoughtfully hand-packed to ensure safe delivery. Calculating the true shipping charge via a shopping cart when dealing with light, heavy and fragile items is next to impossible. We don't want you to pay too much for shipping!

To place an order, we would prefer you call us. You can also Email us. Either way, we will get you taken care of with our friendly and knowlegable staff.

  • Credit Cards:
*For your security, we only ship to the address associated with the credit card.
  • Prepaid Visa Card:    We will give you your order total. You then purchase a prepaid Visa card available at any local convenience/grocery store or bank.
  • Send a Check:    Call for your order grand total (includes shipping). Mail a check to us. Allow 3 weeks for the check to clear before the order will be shipped.
WARRANTY:  
West Coast Custom Designs, LLC warrants each product as stated in each item description. Some items may say "sold-as-is" or "no-warranty" such as item's in our Outlet Zone. Some item's only come with the manufacturers warranty in which only the manufacturer has the knowledge and expertise to determine whether an item is covered under warranty. The term "limited warranty" will always include a voided warranty for items that are modified, abused or not used as intended. For example, modifying a power cord in any way will void a warranty. In an unlikely warranty situation, it is the Customer's responsibility to return the item in question freight-prepaid. The returned item will be considered for warranty coverage. If the item is found to be under warranty, West Coast Custom Designs LLC will, at our sole option, repair, replace or refund the item. All electronic items are non-returnable. All custom manufactured items are non returnable.
RETURNS:  
West Coast Custom Designs, LLC is a discount seller of quality products. To maintain the ability to offer these low prices, all items are sold are non-returnable. Of course, most items come with a warranty (refer above). In addition, if we make an error on an item, we will, at out option, replace or refund the item. Any item of error must be returned to West Coast Custom Designs, LLC.
